Explanation of Services
We make every effort to provide you with comprehensive property data, such as property deeds and plats, that relate in some way to your subject property information request. The informational data we provide will originate from the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority website (GSCCCA.org), and is limited to this source. In return for the service we provide, we charge a one-time fee of $49.95. All costs required to obtain such documents from the GSCCCA website will be covered at our expense – absolutely no additional fees for our clients.
You pay for the SERVICE provided, not the documents provided by our services. Payment is due in full upon your notification that the document package is ready for delivery. The documents will be released to you immediately upon receipt of payment.
Although there is a continuing effort by participating Counties throughout the State to codify their records with the GSCCCA, not all recorded information is available on the website, thus we won’t be able to provide information that has not been indexed on the GSCCCA website. In most, but not all instances, we will be able to provide you with reference information with which you can physically visit your local County Clerk’s office and obtain copies of any additiaonal documents you require.
